Last week, we reported the theft of four exotic birds and four bearded dragons from the offices of Acrylic Tank Manufacturing, the stars of the popular Animal Planet television show, “Tanked”. Well, we’re happy to follow up that sad story with a much happier one. According to KTNV.com, police arrested one suspect in the case, though another person of interest is still at large. The person that was arrested was a juvenile, and he is being charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of possession of stolen property. A total of three bearded dragons and a bulldog were recovered. Shortly after the arrest, three of the stolen exotic birds were also recovered after they were purchased from an unknown person. Several pets are still missing, including one of the stolen birds and one of the bearded dragons, but the other thief has been identified by name and police are currently searching for him.
