Since we just spent the weekend in Dallas checking out NextWave, it should come as no surprise our that latest picture of the week will be from that same show as well. This particular coral is called a Jack-O-Lantern Leptoseris from Jason Fox, and even though we shared images of this coral before, it’s just way too hot to not share again. As can be seen in the image above, the coral sports the same glowing orange striped body of a normal orange Lepto. But it differs at the coral’s mouth, where it has a healthy ring of vibrant green. When the Jack-O-Lantern made its big splash a couple of years ago, a frag this size would run about $1000. Nowadays, the price of the coral has dropped below $500 per frag, and those prices keep on dropping.
