Tip of the Day – 10/15/2012

When moving from one home to another, its a good idea to save the aquarium for last. Chances are, if you move the aquarium first, you will likely want to spend the following several hours setting it back up and making sure the livestock are healthy. This could totally derail the rest of the moving effort, especially if something goes wrong. If you wait until the end of the move to relocate the aquarium, then you can spend more time tearing it down and putting it back up, making sure to do it right. In either situation, just be sure to keep those buckets of fish and corals out of the sun so they don’t overheat during the move.
