Biotek Marine Bulkhead IntelliNuts Now Available

We are pleased to announce that we have developed another new product for Biotek Marine and it was just released today. The new IntelliNuts are the 1st ever intelligent bulkhead nut. These 3D printed bulkhead IntelliNuts nuts are available in 6 sizes and they are compatible with Lifegard brand bulkheads.

Biotek Marine IntelliNuts can be hand tightened. Or for more torque, you can use the optional corresponding sized IntelliWrench. Each nut size can be purchased individually or you can opt for the full set of nuts at a slightly discounted price.

Have you ever had a bulkhead loosen up and start dripping after your plumbing is all glued in and installed? It’s one of those annoying and sometimes stressful moments that occur. With the IntelliNuts you can now easily tighten a loose bulkhead in a matter of a few seconds and wala! IntelliNuts are open on one side so they can simply slide past the pipe and be put into position at the base of the bulkhead to tighten or loosen as needed.

IntelliNut Features & Advantages:

  • High Quality 3D Print @ 1/6mm per pass
  • Can be used on new installations or existing setups.
  • No need to remove pipes to tighen or losen bulkheads.
  • Durible and long lasting
  • Available in 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1 1/4″, 1 1/2″ and 2″ sizes.
  • Compatible with Lifegard Aquatics Bulkheads.
  • For additional torque, add on the IntellWrench (optional)

Biotek Marine products are distributed though (dealer inquiries welcome) and sold to consumers though our sister company Aquarium Specialty.
