When you need customer support from an online vendor or manufacturer, it’s not always the best to drag questions and comments into the public realm of aquarium forums seeking help. Attempt to contact the company via email or an online contact form on their website, or even give them a call. Chances are, they will be more helpful through one-on-one email interactions and phone calls than if you drag them out into the public eye. Plus, they might be more wiling to go the extra mile if you keep things somewhat behind the scenes. Calling out a company online may be viewed as an attempt to simply sling mud onto the company’s name just because you are disgruntled with a product or service.
