May is here, and that means those outdoor temperatures are on the rise. It also means that it’s a great time to break down those chillers to give them a good cleaning, replace disposable parts, and ensure they are working at optimum levels so they can handle those big temperature spikes. If you don’t run a chiller, then it’s time to start cutting back on the amount of time the lights are on and maybe start moving air across the water’s surface to help induce evaporative cooling.
