Ahead of InterZoo in Nurenburg, Germany, Sanrise is announcing it’s latest aquarium LED lighting fixture, the Aqua Planet. Under it’s sleek housing is 84 watts of 3 and 5 watt Cree LEDs and 6 channels of independent Wi-Fi control compatible with iOS and Android devices. The 20 individual diodes are nestled behind a custom lens cluster designed to blend the individual colors. The Aqua Planet also has built in temperature controlled quiet fans to cool the fixture and electronics. Like many of the high end LED fixtures, the Sanrise Aqua Planet includes sunrise and sunset simulation and the light can be programmed with up to 24 programmable time periods.
