Sometimes our magnetic algae scrapers can interfere with magnet based pumps and electronics. If you get the magnet too close, it may cause the pump to stop working entirely. If you want to clean spaces where pumps are located, take the time to turn them off. You will save your pump and electronics from potential damage, and do this only takes a second.
