When purchasing livestock or drygoods from fellow aquarium hobbyists, don’t be afraid to check the item(s) out before you purchase. Check the equipment’s functionality or the livestock’s health to make sure you’re not getting a raw deal. For internet purchases of drygoods or livestock, check the individuals feedback rating or ask for references. A honest person would be up front and willing to show you feedback.
