EcoTech Marine announced yesterday, via email, that it will be opening an online service parts store where customers can purchase parts for the wildly popular Vortech pumps. Initially, the service store will only offer the most commonly ordered parts, but over time the store will add more to its collection.
EcoTech Marine president Tim Marks said:
In our quest to constantly improve the customer experience, launching an online parts store was a natural step. VorTech owners now have the option of going online and ordering what they need. They can order anytime from anywhere in the United States.
The service parts store will be located at ecotechmarine.com/parts-store. The store is not available yet, but will be opening up to the general pump on February 19, 2010. EcoTech Marine previously took orders for replacement and consumable parts only through its 800 number.
