If you don’t want to spend a few hundred dollars on live rock, make your own. There are various rock making recipes out there, all of which allow you to make live rock in customized shapes and sizes. Just be warned though, these rocks need to be cured for a long time. They will alter your pH significantly at first, but frequent freshwater baths will fix this.
