Rabbitfish and Foxfaces are great algae eaters. However, they can also eat corals. This may occur as a by-product of their natural grazing activities or possibly their actual desire to eat coral tissue. Zoanthids and Palythoas seem to be the corals most affected, but other corals can fall victim as well.
