Pictured in this installment of the Aquanerd POTW is a neon orange Montipora digitata. The Montipora are some of the easiest SPS corals to care for. They do not require intense lighting, and do well is just about any setup. Of course good water quality is always recommended for any aquarium, but the M. digitata doesn’t require pristine conditions. They are certainly a good beginner SPS coral.
