GEO Prototype BioPellet Reactor Caught on Video

GEO’s Reef, who arguably makes the best calcium and Kalkwasser reactors on the aquarium market, has a released a video of a new prototype media reactor they are currently developing. This media reactor was probably designed around the new Bio Pellet media that is sweeping the aquarium industry. I’m sure it could use other media as well with the simple addition of a pair of filter sponges, which are missing in the video above. This new reactor’s price and size have yet to be released, but it certainly looks pretty small in the video. It also appears that this model is designed to be used in-sump or externally, though in the video it is obviously being used in the sump. Hopefully more details will surface soon.
