Have you even been driving to someone’s house to pick up some frags or buy used equipment, but get lost in the process? Winding neighborhoods and poor directions can get any aquarium hobbyist lost when en route to a fellow reefer’s house. You forgot your map on the table and you can’t quite remember the guy’s phone number, but there’s one other option that just might work. Look for the glow. Most aquariums are located near a window, or at the very least you can see a blue glow coming from some window near the front of the house. Drive around slowly, looking at windows and in open garages. Any aquarium equipment or salt buckets sitting in the garage or outside in the yard is also a dead giveaway. It’s best to keep a list of driving directions on hand though.
