The Stunning Wrasse Infested Reef Tank of Brad Syphus

1

Here’s a little something for your Sunday afternoon viewing pleasure. It’s the stunning reef tank from Utah-based reef aquarium hobbyist Bradley Syphus. Besides the massive coral colonies, like the huge frogspawn colony that dominates the tank, this reef is full of wrasses, and not the usual suspects we see online or in fish stores. Instead, Brad has amassed a collection of rather rare fish, including the Rhomboid Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus rhomboidalis), Bell’s Flasher Wrasse (Paracheilinus bellae), and the Earl’s Fairy Wrasse (C. earlei) just to name a few. Of course, the beautiful wrasse population isn’t the only kind of fish in the tank, as Brad also has a few angelfish to round out his collection.

I’m personally a huge wrasse fan, so consider me extremely jealous of this stunning wrasse haven.
