Try setting up a webcam. These cameras can be accessed via the net wherever you are in the world, and they allow you to monitor your aquarium whenever you want. Unfortunately, most cameras don’t have the resolution or the ability to capture the color of the tank in the most realistic way, but they do allow you to see what’s going on for the most part.
