Are you a high school student or undergrad/graduate level student looking for a little financial help for the upcoming college expenses? Well, MASNA has got your back. The Marine Aquarium Societies of North America is gathering applications for their popular scholarship once again, only this time there will be two for the taking. One scholarship will be awarded to a high school graduate or a college undergraduate student, while the other is reserved for graduates that are either currently attending or already accepted into a grad school. Each scholarship will be $2500, and they will be administered to students attending a credited college or university with a declared major in the realm of marine sciences. The scholarships will be limited to North American students studying anywhere in the world, as well as foreign-born students attending North American institutions. The recipients of the scholarships will be determined by their academic history and contributions/commitment to the marine aquarium hobby. Both winners will be announced at the 2012 Marine Aquarium Conference of North America in Dallas later this year.
