MACNA is officially 24 hours away, or less depending on when you read this, and we’ve got another show related tip for you. While walking the vendor hall, it’s very likely that you’ll be hauling around a camera of some form to capture memories of the convention. The one thing to be weary of, at least with big heavy SLR cameras, is the tension they’ll create on your neck. As the gravity bears down on you, the camera will weigh on your delicate neck all day. And if you’re at the show walking the halls for each day it’s open, your neck and shoulders will be killing you toward the end. Believe me, this sort of thing has happened to me time and time again. To prevent the pain, try taking frequent breaks and do anything you can to get the camera off your neck.
