Like with many things in life, there are multiple ways to gain experience in the world of aquarium keeping. While most of us get that experience with hands on training, trial and error, and observation of fellow hobbyists, there’s also a great deal to be learned just by reading books and forum websites. The digital documents are full of good information that can really lay the groundwork for a successful future in the hobby. They can enlighten you on various types of equipment or husbandry, as well as introduce common terminology that you would probably never encounter on your own. So, if you’re beginning in the hobby, be sure to read thoroughly to soak up as much information as you can.
