Tip of the Day – 8/5/2013

Now that football season is under way, yes the pre-season counts, your aquarium maintenance schedule might get a little more hectic. Just go ahead and count your Sundays and Mondays out for water changes, and instead try shifting them to Friday or Saturday. We prefer not to do things during the week if possible, as work and family time generally take precedence. If you do decide to take a break from the game to scrape some algae, however, just make sure you clean the Cheetos off your fingers and don’t spill your beer into the tank. On that note, be sure not to do any of your routine maintenance if you’re a little too tipsy from a game after game of drinking.
