When considering aquarium locations in your home, there are several factors to consider besides which wall is long enough to actually house the tank. One key point is whether or not the wall has enough power outlets to sustain all of the equipment. Beyond that, you also have to consider the environmental conditions of the room. For example, is the room hard to keep cool? Does moisture accumulate quickly in that particular room. Does sunlight come in through the windows, or is the window facing the evening sun? These often overlooked factors could make tank keeping a nightmare with constant temperature and evaporation battles causing all sorts of headaches if they aren’t properly planned for.
