If you’ve been following us on Facebook, then chances are you are aware that my wife and I welcomed two new babies into the world over the weekend. This pushes our total number of kiddos up to three (yes, all girls). And while this looks like a ploy to generate some traffic with the cuteness factor, because let’s face it, these two are cuties, I’m taking the opportunity to give a long-term outlook on the direction of this site.
I will promise right now that I will try my best to maintain the frequency and quality of the posts here at the AquaNerd Blog. Of course, this promise is not a guarantee by any means. Life just got way complicated, and for the most part I shoulder the entire load of running this site. But to show my dedication, I updated the hosting contract for AquaNerd to stretch out two more years. We’ve been running strong since May 2009, and the new hosting renewal pushes out through 2016.
That said, I would like to reiterate the fact that the door to become an AquaNerd writer is always open. It comes with some pretty nice benefits, which if you’re interested, we can discuss at length.
To close this out, I would like to thank everyone who has helped the AquaNerd Blog grow into what it has become. We have had so much fun running this site and interacting with all of the folks who we’ve met over the years, and can’t wait to see what the future holds for us.
