Hurricane season is well underway and it looks like we need to be bracing for yet another storm. According to multiple meteorlogical organizations, Tropical Storm Isaac is entering the eastern portions of the Caribbean and will be making its way north to Florida after hitting several islands along the way. The storm is expected to reach Category 1 Hurricane status prior to hitting the string of islands, which will take away some of its bite, but it’s also expected to regain strength just prior to hitting the Southeast United States.
We’ll continue to keep an eye out on this storm and hopefully Florida residents will be able to prepare themselves and their aquariums for a potentially dangerous storm. After all, it was jast a couple of months ago that Tropical Storm Debby rocked that same region and caused all sorts of issues.
