We caught word over the weekend that CoralVue, the Louisiana based home of Reef Octopus, Maxspect, Flipper, and Elos products, is getting a nice refresh to their website. The aquarium equipment wholesaler snuck in the updates pretty quietly, but it’s not just the shiny new look that we’re excited about. For the first time, CoralVue is offering a parts section, and yes, it is open to the general public. Now, customers can order replacement parts for their Maxspect lights or Reef Octopus protein skimmers straight from the distributor, saving a lot of time and headache trying to track all those pieces down. In addition to the parts area, there’s also a new store locator that will allow potential customers the opportunity to find their nearest authorized retailer. Some of the new site’s features aren’t 100% functional (most notably the parts store), but it should be up and running soon enough.
