Customer Support Representative
Ideal candidate will be the first in line to provide support to our customers. Primary duties involve problem-solving by phone and email in a professional-friendly manner. Our customer support representatives are responsible for providing information on product troubleshooting and usage. Knowledge of our products as well as the saltwater aquarium hobby is a preferred. Secondary duties will include warehouse work and shipping. Salary is dependent on experience.
Candidates Should Possess:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy, i.e. Microsoft products and email
Experience working in a problem-solving capacity
Resolve customer support issues with urgency
Assist sales representative with shipping
