Looking for some reefkeeping fun after all the smoke has cleared from the 4th of July celebration. Well, if you happen to be in the South Florida area, you’re in luck. On Saturday, Rare Reef is hosting their 5th of July Coral Extravaganza at 8pm. They will have 500 or more “ultra” corals, 150 corals under $10. On top of all those great deals, they will be giving away an Ultra Aussie Warpaint Scolymia coral valued at $225. Additional freebies will be given out during the event, so even if you don’t land the Scoly, you could very well end up with some other great swag.
