About The Atlanta Reef Club

Founded in 2001, the ARC is a nonprofit organization of marine hobbyists who share the interest in keeping saltwater fish and reefs.  We welcome all enthusiasts. From those just getting started in the hobby or just simply having some interest, to seasoned veterans. If you are thinking about setting up a saltwater tank or just have experiences to share, this is the place.

The club is very active, with over 700 registered members, 4,000 active accounts and over 20 sponsors. We have at least one monthly meeting (formal or informal). Our forums are the primary means of club communication, and non-members are welcomed to participate. If you are new, please check out our New Member forum (and introduce yourself!) or the Reef Discussion forums.

Every year the ARC hosts one of the largest reefing expos in the country.  With over 1500 attendees this year will be another great expo.  This expo will feature some of the most exotic corals available and top equipment manufacturers. There will also be local and national aquatic suppliers and wholesalers attending. Admission is $15 pp for the general public and free for paid members of the Atlanta Reef Club, South Carolina Aquaria Association and the Atlanta Area Aquarium Association (Must provide proof of paid membership).  Children under 12 yrs old are free if accompanied with a paying adult.
